Full-Time Controller /Tax Accountant

This individual will assist the Chief Financial Officer in activities related to the control & reporting for all construction processes, preparing & filing various tax forms, & interface with the Owners & Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities Include:

• Report on & evaluate jobs as to cost, schedule, & profitability
• Prepare budgets, cash flows & financial reports as required
• Calculate bank ratios

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 10-15+ years job related exp.
• Knowledge of Tax Laws & Regulations
• Experience in preparation of projections and pro-formas
• Ability to manage through conflict, complexity and to problem-solve issues to resolution
• Computer proficiency Financial Reporting (GAAP) Knowledge of US income regulations
• Ability to confortably communicate, both verbally in presentation and conversation, and written in correspondence to project team, owners, and management. 
• Ability to give direction, adapt to change, establish relationships, and work in a team environment. 
• Working Knowledge of Development/Construction accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP
